What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®)?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a therapeutic approach that works with the subconscious mind to uncover and change the beliefs and patterns that influence how we think, feel, and behave. By identifying the root experiences behind these patterns, RTT supports meaningful and lasting psychological change.
RTT can help address a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, low confidence, self-doubt, emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and patterns such as self-sabotage or overthinking. Many people also seek RTT to gain greater clarity, emotional balance, and confidence in both their personal and professional lives.
RTT is designed to create change efficiently. In many cases, significant progress can be made within one to three sessions. However, the number of sessions required can vary depending on the individual and the nature of the issue being addressed.
During a session, we begin by exploring the issue you would like support with. Through guided hypnosis, we access the subconscious mind to uncover the experiences and beliefs that may be contributing to the pattern. Once these are identified, we work to reframe and update those beliefs in a way that supports healthier thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
No. Hypnosis is a relaxed and focused state of awareness. You remain conscious and in control throughout the session and are able to hear and respond at all times.
How long is a session?

An RTT session typically lasts between 75-90 minutes, allowing time to explore the issue, access the subconscious mind, and complete the therapeutic process.

Yes. After the session, you will receive a personalized audio recording designed to reinforce the positive changes made during the session. Listening to this recording regularly for several weeks helps support the integration of new beliefs.
RTT is suitable for many individuals seeking to understand and change emotional or behavioural patterns. However, it may not be appropriate for certain mental health conditions. If necessary, we can discuss this during an initial consultation to ensure the approach is right for you.
Sessions can be conducted online via secure video call or in person.
Yes. All sessions are conducted in a confidential and supportive environment, where your experiences are treated with respect and care.
