Rabia Baqi — Rapid Transformational Therapy® & Hypnotherapy

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the therapeutic, coaching, corporate and related services provided by Rabia Baqi (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Practitioner”). By booking a session, purchasing a package, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise using our services or website, you (“you”, “the Client”) confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a session.

1. Who we are

The services described here are provided by Rabia Baqi, trading as Rabia Baqi LLC FZ, a free zone company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Rabia Baqi is a Licensed RTT® Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Corporate Wellness Consultant. “RTT®” (Rapid Transformational Therapy®) is a registered trademark of its owner and is used here to describe the method in which the Practitioner is trained and licensed.

2. Definitions

Services — Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), hypnotherapy, mindset and belief-change work, support for anxiety, confidence, stress and emotional wellbeing, corporate workshops and wellness programmes, speaking engagements, and any online or in-person sessions we provide.
Session — a scheduled one-to-one or group appointment, delivered online (via video call) or in person in Dubai.
Recording — a personalised audio recording provided to you following certain sessions, intended for your own personal use.
Discovery Call — a free, no-obligation introductory conversation to explore suitability and fit.

3. Nature of our services — important health notice

Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. RTT® and hypnotherapy are complementary approaches intended to support wellbeing, mindset and personal change. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental-health condition, and they are not a replacement for advice, care or treatment from a qualified doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist or other licensed medical professional.

You should not stop, start or change any prescribed medication, medical treatment or therapy on the basis of your work with us. Always consult your treating doctor before making any such change.
If you have a diagnosed medical or mental-health condition, we may ask you to obtain the agreement of your GP, doctor or mental-health professional before we begin, and we may decline or pause work where we consider it appropriate for your safety.
If you are experiencing a crisis or medical emergency, or are at risk of harming yourself or others, you must contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. Our services are not an emergency or crisis service and are not monitored on that basis.

4. Suitability and eligibility

Our services are provided to individuals aged 18 or over, unless we have specifically agreed otherwise in writing and appropriate consents are in place. By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

For your safety, certain conditions and symptoms are not suitable for hypnosis, and undergoing hypnosis in these cases may not be appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who experience or have been diagnosed with:

Auditory or visual hallucinations
Dissociative disorders
Personality disorders
Psychosis
Schizoaffective disorder
Schizophrenia
Epilepsy or other conditions we identify as requiring medical clearance

If any of the above apply to you, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a licensed medical or mental-health professional who specialises in your care, and to disclose the relevant information to us before booking. We reserve the right to decline, pause or discontinue services where we reasonably believe they are not suitable or safe for you. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health and history; we rely on this information and are not responsible for consequences arising from information you withhold or misrepresent.

5. No guarantee of specific results

Every person is different, and outcomes depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, engagement and follow-through (for example, listening to your Recording as recommended). While many clients experience meaningful change, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific result, outcome, timescale or number of sessions. Any examples, testimonials or descriptions of past outcomes are illustrative only and are not a promise of the results you will achieve.

6. Discovery calls, booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us (by email or message) and, where payment is required, once payment has been received in full.
Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation on either side to proceed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including on suitability grounds, in which case any payment made for the declined service will be refunded.

7. Fees, payment and packages

Fees for sessions and packages are as set out on our website or as quoted to you at the time of booking. Prices are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED). International clients may pay the AED equivalent and are responsible for any bank charges or currency-conversion costs.
Fees are inclusive of any applicable VAT or other tax.
Full payment is required in advance to confirm and secure your session or package. We do not hold or begin work on unpaid bookings.
Payment is made using the method advised to you at the time of booking. Where a third-party payment provider is used, their terms and processing also apply.
Where a multi-session package is purchased, the package is booked as a whole and paid for in advance; sessions within it are to be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling

All fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law, or where we cancel a session and are unable to offer you a suitable alternative.

Rescheduling by you: if you need to move a confirmed session, please give at least 48 hours' notice and we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative time. Rescheduling within less than 48 hours, or missing a session without notice ("no-show"), may result in the session being treated as used and forfeited.
Lateness: if you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so as not to affect other clients, and the fee remains payable in full.
Cancellation by us: if we must cancel or reschedule (for example due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will offer you an alternative time or, if none is suitable, a refund for that session.
Consumer cancellation rights: where you are a consumer and the law of your country gives you a statutory right to cancel (for example a "cooling-off" period), those rights are not affected by this clause. By booking a session that takes place within any such period, you may be asked to consent to the service beginning immediately, which can affect that right.

9. Online sessions

Most sessions are delivered online by video call using Zoom (or another platform we notify you of). Some communication may take place by WhatsApp.
You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a suitable device, and a private, quiet, comfortable and safe space where you will not be interrupted for the duration of the session. You must not undertake a session while driving or operating machinery, or while under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.
If technical problems on your side prevent the session going ahead, it may be treated as a late cancellation. If technical problems on our side materially disrupt the session, we will reschedule or complete it at no additional cost.
Third-party platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp) have their own terms and privacy practices, which are outside our control. Please see our Privacy Policy.

10. In-person sessions (Dubai)

Where sessions are delivered in person in Dubai, details of the location and any attendance requirements will be provided at booking. You agree to arrive on time and to follow any reasonable health, safety and venue requirements we notify to you.

11. Recordings and session materials

Following certain sessions you may receive a personalised audio Recording for your own personal use, to support the changes made. Recordings are provided under a personal, non-transferable licence: you may not copy, share, sell, publish or distribute them.
We may make a working recording or notes of a session for professional and quality purposes. We will tell you if we intend to record and, where required, seek your consent. You must not record a session (audio or video) without our prior written consent.

12. Confidentiality and its limits

We treat what you share with us as confidential and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, confidentiality is not absolute. We may need to disclose information without your consent where we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

13. Your responsibilities

To give honest, accurate and complete information about your health, history and circumstances.
To take responsibility for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing during and after our work together.
To seek and continue appropriate medical or mental-health care where needed, independently of our services.
To engage with recommended follow-up (such as listening to your Recording) understanding that outcomes depend in part on this.
To treat the Practitioner with courtesy and respect. We may end a session or working relationship, without refund, in cases of abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour.

14. Corporate clients

Corporate workshops, wellness programmes and speaking engagements are typically governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work, which will set out scope, fees, payment terms, cancellation terms and deliverables. Where there is any conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the separate agreement prevails for that engagement. Participation by individual employees remains voluntary and subject to the health and suitability principles in these Terms.

15. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our materials, recordings, workbooks and programmes (including text, design, audio and images) is owned by or licensed to Rabia Baqi and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written permission. “RTT®” and “Rapid Transformational Therapy®” are trademarks of their respective owner and are acknowledged as such.

16. Third-party links and tools

Our website and services may reference or use third-party tools and links (for example Zoom, WhatsApp, or external websites). We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of third parties, and any use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

17. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that:

Our services are provided on a reasonable-skill-and-care basis, without guarantee of any specific outcome (see clause 5).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss you could have avoided by following reasonable advice (including seeking medical care).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the total fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You remain responsible for your own choices and actions taken in reliance on the work; our services are supportive and educational in nature.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for any loss or claim arising from your misuse of the services, your breach of these Terms, or information you provide that is inaccurate or incomplete in a way that affects your safety or suitability.

19. Complaints

We take concerns seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our services, please contact us at info@rabiabaqi.com and we will aim to acknowledge your concern within 5 to 7 business days and work with you to resolve it. Where we are a member of a professional body with its own complaints procedure, details can be provided on request.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, the courts of Dubai, UAE shall have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes any statutory protection available to you as a consumer in your own country of residence.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you book. Material changes will apply to bookings made after they are published.
