I’m Rabia Baqi, Founder of ReNova. With a Master of Science in Psychology (Conversion), my work bridges science and soul—combining evidence based therapeutic practices with a deeply compassionate, heart led approach. I support individuals and executives who are ready to move beyond coping and into true inner alignment, clarity, and self trust.

My approach is intuitive yet structured, gentle yet transformative. I specialise in practical, solution focused therapy and coaching, integrating:
